Of course, if you are in a tearing hurry to trim your waistline, perhaps because you have got to attend a friend’s birthday party, or you are getting married soon, then you should do this exercise for at least twenty minutes per day.

Now for busy people like you, sparing even twenty minutes may seem to be impossible. But the beauty of this exercise is that unlike the conventional weight loss workouts where you have to spend hours in a gym, you can do it in the comfort of your home, even while watching your favorite movie or listening to your favorite radio station.

Now there is no excuse for not getting slim. This little known weight loss method is used by very few people, because most are focused on following fad diets, crash dieting, etc. If you follow this method, you do not have to do any of that stuff and you will still be able to acquire the slimmer figure you covet so much.

Step 1: Cut Down on Your Drinking

You are probably wishing that you could lose weight while drinking in your favorite bar, but that is simply not possible. In order to lose weight, you need to sacrifice certain things. The first step is to reduce your drinking habits. Cut down on alcohol as much as you can.

The amount of alcohol you should cut down on depends on your goals. If you want to lose weight fast, you should obviously stop drinking altogether. However, that is probably impossible for most people. If you are in no tearing hurry to lose weight, you can avoid drinking on the weekdays and sip a bit on the weekends.

The additional benefit is that when you stop drinking, you will feel a lot less hungry than before. The less you eat, the faster you get rid of your beer belly.

Cutting down on your drinks is just not enough; you should also cut down on your snacks. Most of the snacks you eat at bars are usually rich in calorie content and they can make you gain a lot of unnecessary pounds. Also, avoid eating chocolates and chocolate soup.

Step 2: Exercise

Now, you probably do not like exercising, but there is simply no other way of getting rid of a beer belly fast. And here is another thing to note - not all exercises will help you in your mission. If you only do abdominal crunches or sit-ups, it will not help you much because even if you gain some muscles, the stubborn fat will still stick around. The best exercise for quick weight loss is cardio. Examples of cardio are swimming, running, table tennis, jogging, etc.

If you cannot help having one sip at the weekend, then you need to do four minutes of additional intensive workouts every day. This intensive workout will burn away all the fat that you acquire during your weekend drinking.
