You need to eat vegetables and fruits in such a way that your body receives the maximum amount of nutrition from your diet. Take peaches for example. Fresh peaches have little or no nutritional value, while the canned ones are highly nutritious! How you eat, and not just what you eat, will determine how much weight you will lose.
Tip #3: Do Abdominal Crunches
No matter what others tell you, abdominal crunches are the only exercises that can help you get rid of your belly fat. So make sure you do a few of those crunches daily.
